Rose is a senior producer in the arts, specialising in the strategic development of high quality opportunities for, with and by children, young people and communities. She is a strong believer in the power of arts to inspire and change lives and is passionate about the richness and positivity that diversity brings to all aspects of life. Currently Senior Producer – Participation, at South East Dance, Rose leads and oversees the strategic and artistic development of the Community & Participation programme engaging people aged 0-95+ from all walks of life in the health, social, wellbeing benefits of dance as well as the sheer exhilaration it brings. Rose has over 8 years experience of working with Arts Council England as the education and learning specialist in the National and South East offices. Rose has also worked as the strategic advocate for Arts Award with Artswork SE Bridge and led the Young People’s Programme at Southbank Centre.

Rose joined VDT’s board in 2015.
