Francis has been providing professional sound engineering services to the live music and performance arts industry since 1999. His career is a mixture of touring as a front-of-house and monitor engineer, and working as an in-house technician. Francis also provides tour management and production management services. He was Sound Engineer in 2012/13 for Vincent Dance Theatre’s Motherland.
